Transitioning from kitchen designer to product consultant, Barb cultivated a well-rounded perspective that blends technical knowledge with refined design sensibility.

Rangel Nikolov
Rangel’s journey in real estate and construction began in 2009 in Las Vegas, a market known at the time for both its volatility and opportunity. Holding both a real estate license and a general contractor’s license, he developed a rare dual perspective — understanding not only how to buy and sell property, but how to transform it from the ground up.

He started his career focusing on foreclosures and short-sale investment properties, sharpening his ability to recognize hidden potential and long-term value. This experience ignited a deep passion for real estate, with a particular focus on the construction side of property development and renovation.
His construction knowledge grew significantly while working for a major residential real estate developer in Las Vegas, where he gained hands-on experience in large-scale building operations, structural planning, project sequencing, budgeting, and quality control. That foundation shaped his ability to see a property not just as it is — but as it can become.
After relocating to the East Coast, Rangel expanded his real estate career across New York City and Connecticut, successfully combining market expertise with construction leadership. Driven by his passion for building and a proven record of results, he partnered with investors to establish SITL Group, specializing in home renovation and new construction projects throughout Connecticut.
