What most new customers don't realize when they come to FR Kitchen & Bath is that when they choose to work with us, they get an entire team of people working for them! It's not just the designer that is working with them, but a team that specializes in different aspects of the project. It starts with a greeter/qualifier that collects information to determine if FR Kitchen & Bath is the best company for their needs, the designer that will do the actual space planning, an interior designer that helps with all the materials selections/colors/finishes, etc., and the project manager who supervises the entire installation and who is on the jobsite everyday managing all our subs.

We are a full-service design and install company that can handle all aspects of your project - demo, construction, electrical/lighting, plumbing, sheetrock/painting, flooring, cabinet/counter/appliance install and we’ll even feed your dogs when needed!

The process of designing and remodeling a kitchen space can take 3-6 months. In that time, we develop close personal relationships. We strive to have excellent communication which is achieved by listening to our clients’ wishes. We become like a family. From the design phase through the construction phase, we interact with our customers to answer a multitude of questions. We always say, “no question is a silly question.” We create an atmosphere where the customer is comfortable asking those questions and putting their ideas on the table for discussion.

Staying on top of technical innovations is something that FR Kitchen & Bath has long been focused on. As you know, the tech revolution is progressing at warp speed. Some of the newest tech is connected appliances that you can control from your phone or refrigerators with computer screens built into the door with cameras inside, so you can check if you’re out of eggs when you're at the store! New speed ovens that can cook, bake, broil and microwave up to 80% faster than conventional ovens. One new type of cooktop is the induction top. It is under the surface and invisible from the top of the counter. Another type of induction top we have seen has a connected screen that you can look at recipes as you cook.

In our kitchen showroom, we have an 86" LED screen to show customers an almost life-size view of hundreds of different projects we have completed and style examples they might be interested in. We are also experimenting with VR goggles so clients can virtually walk through their new kitchen!

Additionally, we work with a home automation company to help integrate all aspects of the home on a voice-controlled device - lighting, sound, media, window treatments, security and more! Our newest display will have a mixer shelf that raises out of the counter with a simple voice command.
